Our Mission

Founded by Dr. Tom Seabury, the goal of Seabury Performance is to help individuals and teams achieve their goals and maximise their performance while enjoying the process.

​

In the past few years, society has awoken to the importance of our mental health and performance. It is no longer a 'taboo topic' or something that can be ignored. Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness for our health and for our chances of success.

​

Through cognitive training, we are able to sharpen our thinking, reactivity and decision-making. Through coaching, training and focused practice, we can mentally stay at the top of our game.

This two-part proactive approach helps individuals and teams find not only optimal performance strategies but also ways to balance the stress and pressure of success and competition with happiness and calm.

We understand life is about balance. We are here to help you achieve all your current goals and ones you haven't even realised yet.
